Constant harassment despite repeated requests to be removed from their call list

This company is relentless. I sometimes get 2-3 calls per day, despite the fact that I carry over no debt month to month on my credit cards. I have asked repeatedly to be removed from their call list and they immediately hang up. I did have one person actually pretend to write down my number and remove it from the call list. That was Thursday, and today is monday, and I have received two calls so far and it is not even 1:00 p.m. yet. SICK OF THIS. I intend to pursue legal action, or take the time to answer their calls and string them along to the point that I can get enough information to get even.

Don't Believe the Lies from Card Services USA.com or .net...They are the same company!!

I just received a similar call from Card Services USA for the same program. While I was on the call, I looked up the company for complaints. Well, when I informed the guy on the telephone that there were several complaints against him, he says "no, see we're Card Services USA.net, not com...we're a different company." Needless to say, by now I suspected this was all a scam but waited for the "catch." Well, the catch was if I "invest $250, which was reduced from original cost of $999 I would be able to start my own business." That was when I knew it was a scam. When I said to the caller "so, you want to offer me something, but I'm supposed to pay you for it, he went into a rage about how he was offering me the opportunity of a lifetime and didn't I know the difference between owning your own business and a job, which I do, and he promptly disconnected the call. I say "goodbye and good riddance to this company." Do NOT be fooled by their fast talk and lies. I'm sure glad I didn't.

Card Services USA

Extremely high pressure sales pitch trying to get your credit card info. The deal is you enter local businesses info onto "your website", then their sales people call the business trying to get them to switch to their card processing system. Then if the business does switch, you get a percentage. I told them I discuss financial matters with my wife and the pressure continued insinuating that I'm some sort of wimp if I have to check with my wife. Price of the startup kit kept dropping as we went along. After the third time I told him I'm not giving him my card number, he hung up. I'm pretty sure their salesmen can use the yellow pages as well as I can to find local business phone numbers to call. Why would they need me to enter these numbers onto a website? All the yellow and white pages are already online these days. Their sales people can get the info likely easier than I can. Beware.

Usa Card Services Credit Card Processing Review from Mountain View, California

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Card Services USA is still up to their old tricks. Card Services USA wants to set up a website for you so you can refer businesses to them. They in turn try to contract with businesses to handle their credit card processing services for less than the big boys. Card Services USA says that they only charge businesses a one and a half percent fee on each credit card transaction, and that they will give ME half of that fee if I bring them business customers. AND they promise that I will continue to rake in that fee (they call it residual income) for as long as the business remains their customer. This is a bunch of bull. Of course, the hard sell is that "only 3 people in your area will get a chance to sign up TODAY for $250.... As I asked more probing questions and expressed my hesitancy to part with that much cash, the cost dropped to $100. HMmm. I told them I would do my research and get back to them, and here I am on this site reading about how this company is a scam....which I suspected all along. Remember, if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, ITS A DUCK...or in this case, A SCAM. BEWARE.

I was called and given a high pressured program that I needed to use my card to send money right away. When i insisted that i could not send money immediately that i wanted to research and discuss it with my wife the call abruptly ended without a word. I would definitely say beware. They first offered the program for about 250 or so then dropped off a hundred and later dropped off another 50. The whole call smelled like a scam. The fact they ended the call without a word convinced me that I made the right decision. This was definitely a high pressure presentation. I was not given time to consider or do any research on their company.

Pre-Purchase Sales Call

I was called by Card Services USA, and as I kept asking questions, I was given a second and third business name -- Epic Digital Media, epicdigitalmedia.net, USA-cardservices.com, and Merchant Services. Googling these names I found this complaint bulletin board, read two complaints, and determined it is the same service. I asked for the business address, 4950 Yosimite Street, Greenwood Village, CO 80111. The initial price was $495. When I said it was too expensive, it was reduced to $295. And finally it was reduced to $149. When i said that I was not interested at this time the young man very plainly said, "You're an ***." and hung up on me. I just saved myself a lot of grief. Who's the ***?

Yet another Fraud!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Starts off saying who they are. Then they say they have a job, ask if you are interested. Then they ask if working now ? If not they ask how long you been unemployed. I was unemployed over a year and they say "You don't t qualify". I called the number back, to assure it was the person that called me, and it was! Number is 513-286-****. Just seems to be they were selling something not trying to employ help. *** !!! Why is Gods name would how long unemployed have to do with this ? Not like I forgot how to use a phone!

They called me too. But I asked them who they were and I wanted to check them out and find out if they were who they said they were.

They hung up on me after they couldn't tell me why they needed me to get clients for them. Nobody gives you 50 percent of the profits.

Startup Essentials, USA Card Services, A-1 Leasing ...

I was told that USA Card Services and their partners would set up a website guaranteeing first page for search engine searches. This never happened, when I called, they said I needed to complete the training modules. I did. I called them again and they said, practice what you learned from the modules. THe modules did nothing to help with any of my questions. They are in breach of contract. They, USA card services, startup essentials and A-1 leasing have not done what they represented themselves to do. How do I cease this 48 month lease due to their breach of contract?

To add to the names of companies here is the companies I had to go through: Startup Essentials... A-1 Leasing...

StartUpStoreFront... OptiGroove... LinkPoint... and First Data Cardservice.

I went with Linkpoint to process my customers credit cards (cheaper, with no credit card machines) and had a time trying to get all the other companies to allow a link to be placed on my web site for LinkPoint instead of First Data, and I even recieved emails from family and friends saying that they are having a hard time processing their credit cards on my web site, maybe these companies blocked this process.

It was like I was committing a sin. I hope this will help...

Startup Essentials - A-1 Leasing - OptiGroove - and StartupStoreFront are companies that work together in taking your hard earned money from your pockets. After you complete the program..

It took me three months, 6 - 8 hours a night. And after I contacted all of my wholesalers, copy and paste pictures ect... now it was time to Optimize my web-site... they pointed me to OptiGroove..

for $1,000 and $29.00 a month they Optimized three pages... three products... I have over 900 products. I spoke with Steve Mays, co-founder of Startup Essentials, who ownes OptiGroove, and he stated that I must keep buying more pages to Optimize, at $350.00 per page/product.

At over 900 products this would be out of reach. So now there is a monthly fee from Startup Essentials, and monthly fee from StartupStoreFront, a monthly fee from A-1 Leasing, a monthly fee from the credit card processing company so my customers could buy with a credit card and a monthly fee from OptiGroove. With my web store not being on the first two pages and come to find out when you buy a template for a web site instead of a customized web site that no-one else has, the craler does not and never will rank your site in the top two or three pages. Now A-1 Leasing continue with the phone calls and letters from some so-called law firm threatening to take us to court...

What is a hard working American to do at this point? I hear an ample amount of talk about this but so far no one has filed any paperwork in ragards to this wrong doing...

We all need to get together by email or phone and create a class action against these people. creativelov@***.com
